Agreement

By using autonoiq.com (the “Site”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AutonoIQ, an AI automation and custom software studio based in the Philippines.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our services, publishes articles and guides, and offers free tools such as the automation ROI calculators. It also links to our project intake at intake.autonoiq.com, where you can describe a workflow for assessment. Submitting an intake or enquiry does not create a client relationship; work begins only under a signed proposal or agreement.

Client engagements

Any project we build for you is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement you sign with us. Those documents control pricing, scope, timelines, ownership of delivered code and data, warranties, and liability. Where these terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Calculators, estimates, and articles

The ROI calculators, worked examples, and articles are provided for general information. Their outputs depend on the numbers you enter and on published assumptions; they are estimates, not guarantees of savings, payback, or any business outcome. Articles may be produced with automated research and drafting as described in our editorial policy. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or its data, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution, or use it to train commercial AI models, beyond what our published crawler rules permit.
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the intake or any form.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, copy, illustrations, code, and tools are owned by AutonoIQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, link to, and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names and logos on the Site belong to their owners and are shown for identification only; they do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Your submissions

When you send us an enquiry, intake, or feedback, you keep ownership of it and grant us a licence to use it to respond to you, scope work, and improve our services. Do not send confidential information through the Site unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party sites and loads third-party services such as analytics and fonts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AutonoIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content or tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, and it does not affect the terms of a signed client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to ian@autonoiq.com.
