How it all started.
AutonoIQ was born from a simple observation: while Fortune 500 companies were leveraging AI and automation to scale rapidly, small businesses were being left behind — not because they didn't want to innovate, but because enterprise solutions were too complex, too expensive, and simply not built for them.
Our founder, Ian Yu, spent more than a decade inside the Philippines’ business-process outsourcing industry — the engine room behind many of the world’s largest companies. He saw how world-class operations talent, paired with automation, could solve the exact problems strangling small businesses: repetitive work, leads missed overnight, customers lost to faster competitors.
We started AutonoIQ with a clear purpose: bring enterprise-grade AI automation — built by senior Filipino engineers — to the businesses that need it most. Today we serve restaurants, retailers, healthcare providers, property operators, and growing teams across the US, Australia, the UK, and Southeast Asia.

Based in the Philippines, Ian brings more than a decade in BPO operations management and 5 years leading operations in a software development firm — a strong mix of people leadership and process optimization. He leads a senior Filipino engineering team that builds and operates AI systems for clients across the US, Australia, and the UK.
