Who we are
AutonoIQ (“AutonoIQ”, “we”, “us”) is an AI automation and custom software studio operated from the Philippines, founded by Ian Yu. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Questions and requests go to ian@autonoiq.com.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to you and run this site:
- Contact and project details you send us — name, email address, company, phone number, and the description of your workflow or project, submitted through our AI-guided intake at intake.autonoiq.com, by email, or through a form on this site.
- Newsletter and update sign-ups — your email address, the page you signed up from, and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can send the updates you asked for and diagnose delivery problems.
- Usage data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interaction events, collected through analytics tags described below.
- Technical logs — our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare an engineering brief, and scope or deliver a project you ask us about.
- To send newsletters or updates you subscribed to. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance.
- To protect the site, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic and interaction patterns. We use the aggregated reports; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from them. You can block these tools with your browser settings or a content blocker, and Google offers an opt-out add-on. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to operate this site and our business, each bound by its own privacy terms:
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery of this site.
- Supabase — the database that stores contact submissions and subscriber lists.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Fonts) and Microsoft Clarity — analytics and font delivery as described above.
- Email and productivity tools we use to respond to you.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights, and to a successor if our business is transferred. We do not share your data with advertisers.
International transfers
We operate from the Philippines and serve clients in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Our providers store data in regions of their choosing, which may be outside your country. Where a transfer is subject to data-protection law, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry and intake data is kept while we are in contact about a project and for up to three years afterwards, unless a client agreement sets a different period. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe, after which the address is marked inactive and removed on the next cleanup. Analytics data is retained on the schedules set by the providers, typically 14 to 26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the EU and UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email ian@autonoiq.com. We respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access controls and row-level security in our database, and accessible only to people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any material change to this policy on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
